As I said in your other post Phil. That Mastereso is just outstanding. Great tone and very good quality recording. Does Chris Glass own one of your guitars? Or are you just teasing him with yours? He is an excellent player.

Dan

Thanks Stringnut. Chris guitar will be done around the 1st of August, a Mahogany/Cedar. He had came to visit me,after seeing my website to play one of my guitars before buying, and the Myrtle was the only guitar I had at the time for him to play. After playing he asked if he could use it to record some cuts for the CD, and after hearing him play, I thought it was a good idea. He is an awesome Reso player. Thanks, Phil

Phil. Great music. Who is the mando & fiddle player ?. Was this recorded ina studio or at your home ?. Peter

The Mandolin and Violin are played by Chris sister Candice, she is a great musician and songwrite, and, from what I've seen their arent to many instruments they aren't capable of playing. Thanks, Phil

Wow, that really sounds good Phil. Sure makes me anxious to get my new maple Mastereso in my hands -- even though I'll never make it sound like Chris does here.
At least I'll know it's not the guitar's fault!

Phil-
The tone is incredible! My wife's first question was if my playing would sound like the mp3. In my mind, maybe! Looking forward to getting my hands on the new reso. Thanks for the pictures.
Doug

You are welcome Doug. Maybe if we both keep practicing we will be that good. I do know its not the guitars fault. Phil

Sorry Peter, I didnt answer your question. The recording was done at Chris house in Tennessee. Phil

That is great, Phil. I've been working on Sweet Bye and Bye
