I have been trying to use simple tunes that I know as learning tools. This is my attempt at an interpretation of Banks of the Ohio. I hope you enjoy my try at it. Hopefully I didn't mess up the melody too badly.

Nice job! One of my old favorites and the first song I learned to play on the mountain dulcimer, years ago. I have never tried it on the dobro, but I am going to give it a go. I have played it a little on the lap steel and it sounds pretty good (to me) on that instrument as as well. Thanks for playing that for us.
