Nice job. Ain't it cool sliding into those chords. Follow Troy's suggestions and you can't help but become a better player. And, this will all help make you a better guitar player also. Notes are notes and chords are chords, whither it's a dobro or a guitar. The music theory is the same and you'll start seeing it from one instrument to the other. The more you play, the more obvious it becomes. You'll reach a point where all you need to know is the key of the song someone is playing and you will be able to slide into chords, add riffs and nuances. This dobro thing is a real blast. Welcome to the "time of your time."......And pretty smooth playing on that video.
