Studying under the world-renowned bassists Stan Poplin and Ray Drummond, Steve was the first Jazz Studies graduate from CSU Monterey Bay in 2005. Aside from having 4 instructional videos available through LearnTheLowEnd.com, Steve teaches upright bass, electric bass, and guitar privately. He has also taught taught through Hollister Music and at Robert Louis Stevenson High School in Pacific Grove.
