Sound is wonderfully focused unlike other maples I've owned. Might be due to JD's plexi soundwell baffling ? Nice mids as well. Treble is bright but smooth. Tons of low end also, maybe due to the extra body depth. |

Setup was perfect. No buzzing, rattling etc. Intonation is spot on as well. |

Hardware is top quality. Nitro finish is very nice and all the great maple grain is nicely displayed. |
