Very Rich , , all the way up and down the neck .Up high it is clear as a bell , it will get your attention, On the lower end it is like the thunder claps before a summer rain storm, It will get as soft and pretty as you want and as loud and forceful as you need

The setup was done very very well. Steve even did little experiments (can't tell here) to enhance the characteristics of this Maple Cannon
