Overall Comments

Picks are fairly comfortable. I have trouble with getting string between pick and finger. (probably something I am doing wrong). They need to be heavier gauge material. I would prefer .025. Don't seem like I can dig in as hard.

The Reso players at the gathering were great, all types and all different skill levels. I was very comfortable picking with any of them. People were anxious to share licks with you. I am looking forward to next year.

This is without a doubt the best Reso that I have ever had my hands on. It is clear and loud all the way up the neck.
The sustain and sharpness of notes is great.
It seems to be very easy to play. (slants and harmonics)

Customer Service

Andys gave me a great deal and did everything possible to see that I got the instrument right.
My wife and I went to Beards shop to have them put the Lotus cover plate on. They treated us like we were special to them.
Couldn't have asked for better service from either place.

Components

There are no weak parts on the instrument except perhaps my pickin. I upgraded to the Lotus coverplate because I liked the looks with the red finish.

Sound

Has a real good sound, clear and loud.
It has a more bass sound than say a maple or the deluxe model.
Easy to note and slant.

This instrument is definetly worth the money. Probably the most bang for your buck.
I would like to have a little more volume out of guitar, but possibly it would be better with a genuine Beard Setup.
