<title>For Trade: rich &amp; taylor t-5 built for tina adair!!</title>
<author>eric@resohangout.com</author>
<link>http://www.resohangout.com/classifieds/detail.asp?cid=1561</link>
<description>ok where do i begin? well as you will notice this will not be a very fancy listing but hopefully will still present to you a chance to own a one of a kind custom rich &amp; taylor mandolin built for tina adair of the tina adair band!! http://www.tinaadairband.com/tinaadairband/Welcome.html,she is a great up and coming bluegrass singer making leaps and bounds in the bluegrass world!!, i can if needed forward you a copy of an email from tina varifying that this is indeed the mandolin she once owned !!,tina said she thinks this was built in 1995 (but maybe 96 or 97?) this is sn#0069504,this mandolin was a very important part of what brought her to where she is now!!,as you may know rich and taylor has built many super nice custom banjos ,mandolins guitars, dobros since the start of the company in 1993!!,the label inside the mandolin (sorry i could not get very good pictures of this) does have the signatures of greg rich and mark taylor!! greg rich was head of the custom shop at gibson from 1987 to 1993!! http://www.dogwooddesigns.com/greg_rich.htm , he then joined rich and taylor to help form the rich and taylor company!! ,the company has since then changed the name to crafters of tennessee!! ,you can see the history of the rich and taylor &amp;crafters of tennessee at http://crafterstn.com/crafters/history.htm ,the rich and taylor company called these f-model mandolins the t-5 (tennessee 5) and now calls them the model tn-5,as you can see these mandolins list for $14975.00 http://crafterstn.com/crafters/Crafters_Store_Files/Products/Mandolins/Mandolin_main.htm#tn5specs,,so this price not even considering the fact that this once belonged to and was played by tina adair!! is far below what a new one will cost!!,this mandolin has flame neck, sides &amp;neck and quilted maple back!! (gorgeous!!),this mandolin is in great condition considering the many hundreds and maybe thousands of songs played on it!! the back, sides front, headstock show only slight finish checking in very few places!! the neck does show more finish checking than the rest of the mandolin and also does have some areas on the neck where the finish has rubbed off from playing, overall this mandolin is just now broke in good and is a very powerfull mandolin!!,there is very very little fret wear!! ,and there are no structural issues that would affect the mandolin other than those mentioned! (no cracks to the wood),this will include the original case shown!!,the tailpiece cover is missing but i am due to recieve this from the person i got this from and will ship this to the buyer if and when i obtain this!!,shipping will be free to anywhere within the continental u.s.a. so grab this for it is the only one like it in the world!! please ask questions!! thanks!! i would consider interesting trades on banjo/mandoln/guitar/dobro such as collings, santa cruz, merrill, martin, stelling, gibson, great lakes, scheerhorn, gallagher, etc.!!! thanks</description>

<title>For Sale or Trade: FS/FT THE FIRST DUESENBERG 49er! EU ALERT! - $0.00</title>
<author>eric@resohangout.com</author>
<link>http://www.resohangout.com/classifieds/detail.asp?cid=1002</link>
<description>Hi there, i think i have something special here. This is the very first Duesenberg 49er ever made! Let me say i got this in a trade a while ago, and besides collectibillity, this is an outstanding guitar. In fact, i picked it up before i even notice the small plate on back of headstock bearing the number 001! My friends advise not sell, but i'm a player and not a collector, so here it is. I mailed the company and they confirmed that this is indeed the first one out of the factory in 2006.

The guitar is like new, very pretty (sorry for my bad pics...) with almost no wear. Plays and sounds superb, set up with 11s, basically a Les Paul thing but with the PUP combination Doozies are famous for. P 90 neck, Hum bridge and a magical in between position - trademark for the company.

Now, i suppose you know these guitars, quality and craftmanship is top shelf, solid woods, mahogany body, maple top, comfy fat neck, great overall design, this has a very nice grain on top with a unique spot on the front bottom, no fret wear, low action, weight is good (7,9lbs), just a great guitar. Comes with newer tweed hard case. Like i said i'm a player, i 'm not a shop or anything, so i'd like to trade this for something i really need, if you have something to fill my taste (mostly vintage) drop me a line.

I'm looking for: Vintage Nationals, 14 fret Martins (no dreads) or maybe a great Tele.

Of course you can always make me an offer for cash (Pay pal is fine).

I wish i was in US to end this in a fast and smooth way, but i live in Greece. So, this might be more easy for European players, but i'm willing to pack well and ship the guitar everywhere.

A final note for suspicious minds, i'm not nobody, check my page at: www.myspace.com/eliaszaikos or www.blueswire.gr for more info or ask me. Thanx all.

Nickel plating, Tiger's wood maple all around, Beautifully up the neck. There is a Shubb Capo installed. Earl Scruggs Tuners, Earl Scruggs Truss Rod Cover and TKL case.

All original parts except Presto Tailpiece which Gibson began using in the 80's. Armrest has some wear though.

- Flamed Curly Maple neck and resonator
- Hearts and Flowers inlaid in mother of pearl
- Ebony Fingerboard
- Reproduction of Earl Scruggs' Banjo
- Nickel plated parts

This banjo has been played all the time at jams on stage and at home. This banjo is supreme in a jam it will definetely be the dominate instrument. It is great just to tear it up into a mic and great for recording sessions.

Introduced in 1984, the Earl Scruggs Standard replicates Earl's personal Granada model. Although Earl's instrument originally had gold-plated hardware, the plating has long ago worn off, so the Standard features nickel-plated hardware to look just like Earl's.

The quality of its fit and finish pays tribute to the great pioneer of bluegrass. Made of figured maple, finished with hand-applied lacquer, and inlaid with a hearts and flowers pattern. Triple-bound (white/black/white). Nickel-plated, hand-engraved hardware.

<title>For Sale: Marc Silber Weissenborn Style guitar - $700.00</title>
<author>eric@resohangout.com</author>
<link>http://www.resohangout.com/classifieds/detail.asp?cid=273</link>
<description>This is a Weissenborn style guitar made in 2000 by Marc Silber. The body is made from high mountain Coaba Mahogany from Mexico with a Cedar top. This guitar appears to be built in a very simlar fashion to the Superior Guitars made by the Berkeley Musical Exchange. The spacing on this guitar seems to be the same as the Superior Guitars.
This guitar has a few bumps and bruises that I have tried to show in pictures that I can e-mail upon request. However, it has a great sound and the buyer will not be disappointed. This guitar was handmade in the USA by a reputable luthier. It has some nice decoration around the soundhole, edges and headstock.
I have bought a hard shell arch top case from the Berkeley Music Exchange that I will include with the guitar. They have modified it slightly to fit these guitars. I will also include a capo bought from the same place.
Feel free to contact me with any questions or request more pictures. Buyer will pay $50.00 for shipping and insurance in the USA.
