I cant for the life of me,figure out how to view the videos that are on this site.I know its me.I click on one that I want to watch and nothing happens.What do I need to do?Like Johnny Bellar playing a Fishook,it comes up,but what do I do next to get it to play?

every time I try to log in to the chat room I get an error message "a required file is missing please exit and login again to restore" I have the latest version of Java, it has been tested verified installed and working correctly. I can't find this specific event in online help but have tried some fixes recommended by Sun. Any Ideas? Thank You, Mike

Trying to Upload Mp3 file

It won't let me upload an Mp3 file. When I click Upload Mp3, it goes to an Explorer page saying the site is down or has an error. It does appear that I could upload a video if I wanted, and I can upload pics. I can get to the window where I search for the video and/or enter the name to search for. However, for the Mp3, it does not get to the browser window for me to do the search. Is the Upload for Mp3 not working, or am I doing something wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated.....Thanks, and Happy New Year!

The smilies do not come up when I write a comment in a forum. If i edit the comment there they are as if by magic. But when I try to insert them they all go to the end of the text. ????????? Any ideas?

Is anyone else having a problem viewing the active topics. Ever since I've been on this site if you click on active topics it would show you the topics that have been discussed since you last viewed the site. For the last couple of days that function seems to be nonexistent. Anyone else have that problem? If not what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks, Phil masteresoguitars.com

Delay on MP3

I've noticed on some of the songs I've submitted has a long delay before starting. Example Weeping Heart.... I went back to my MP3 file and counted 2 seconds before song starts....Any Suggestions.... thank you leegee

Can't see pictures in forum threads

I can't see any of the pictures that writers in the forum threads has added in their comments. I just see a little box with a red cross inside it. I have W-SP professional and IE 6.0. There's a screen dump in my photo album of how it looks at my computer. Any one else having tha same problem? How can I solve it? Wolfgang

I posted a reply to "Pulloffs and bar issue, and everything says it is there, but it isn't. Also, I am getting a seperate window to type replies in, instead of being at the bottom of the replies page. I noticed at the bottom of page 1 and 2 there is a duplicate strange message. Maybe it has something to do with it ???

Reso Drawing

Yesterday after I entered the Lebeda drawing I received two email confirmations. This also happened one time when I entered the Rambler Deluxe drawing back in December. I've been entering once a day since finding this forum and I just know that I'll win one of the times : ) If I receive two confirmations will I be disqualified? The first time that it happened, I thought that maybe I spaced out but yesterday I found that it wasn't me. Great website and great forum! JBaer

Cannot listen to sound posts

I have tried to listen to sound posts and some work and some don't. I can't listen to some, they just keep trying to load while others say I need to install "free flash player" which I did. There are some posts that play right away while others never load or ask me to install the free flash player. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Make those strings sing brother!

Cannot Upload Music

I have made two attempts to upload a tune on the Reso Hangout without success. I've posted numerous tunes on the Banjo Hangout, so I'm pretty familiar with the process. When I upload here on the Reso Hangout, it takes the upload fine and when it is finished, it says the upload was successful. However, when I look for it, the screen says I have no music uploaded. Staying Logged On

Make Both Sites Easier to Navigate

I don't understand why both sites are so difficult to navigate. My biggest complaint is why do I feel like I'm trying to break into the CIA super computer when trying to perform a simple task like posting a classified ad and photos on Reso Hangout. I know I might not be as computer savvy as a nerd, but why do so many clicks onto what you think are going to open up what you want to do turn into such dead ends? Evidently, KISS has gone by the wayside here. KISS meaning, "keep it simple stupid". I believe that when clicking on classifieds, a box should come up to allow you to write the ad. When finished another box should come up to attach photos. Once the ad has been constructed and proofread with photos attached you ought to be able to click "submit"" and it's uploaded at the speed of light to the website in one neat little package. Instructions to perform these simple tasks seem to be lacking. If they're present, they are so nebulous that you throw up you hands in disgust and kick your computer. Take a page out of the SGF or ResoNation when it comes to posting classified ads and pictures. These are much more user friendly websites than Reso Hangout. It seems to me that for first time posters on these sites you have to either have a degree in nerdolgy or be a blood relative to the webmaster.

I can't seem to get the tab viewers to work correctly. I downloaded a couple different ones and they would not open the tabs I clicked on. It also seemed they were for standard guitar tuning. Menu system refresh

Most lesson videos seem gone

I was pretty excited to see the collection of video lessons, but most of them say "No longer available" when I try to play them. Seems like a YouTube thing rather than a RHO thing. If the vids are really gone from YouTube (I haven't checked yet) it would be nice if they could go away from RHO vids... I think it'll be kind of a turn-off for people.
