Love this song - love Tut's chops in this song. Therefore, I'd love it if some of you lovely pickers could post some of the licks, or the whole song.
See you all soon.

Did you forget something, or is it me? What song would that be?

Hey mobuzz. It's the title of the post "Vamp in the Middle". It is from John Hartford's Aereo-Plain album, featuring Tut Taylor on the dobro.

If you're a member of ResoNation (am I allowed to say that here? ), Geoff Sandland posted a good number of Tut tabs at http://www.reso-nation.org/forum/2005/09/01/tut-taylor-tabs Looks like tabs at that page (as well as responses to Geoff's initial post) are accessible/viewable only if you're a member, and logged in.

I like to think I am Tut's #1 fan, (certainly here in Canberra : ) and still carry the pick he played with during my visit to the States in 2009 (Tut did say that to be a member of the Dobrolic Plectral Society you had to carry a flat pick ) I have tabbed a lot of Tut's work over the past few years and have a lot more to do. I hadn't realised tabs on the other site weren't freely available so I'll post all my Tut Taylor tabs here as well, I have just posted Vamp in the Middle and I am converting the rest to PDFs. I'll upload these soon. Enjoy
Cheers,
Geoff
