I was watching " How It's Made" , on the Science Channel, and they visited Sullivan Banjo. This reminded me that I heard TLC or somebody was going to do a similar show about Beard Guitars. I never heard anything else about this. Does anyone Know if this took place? If so, do you know who did this?

Maybe we can write or call "The Discovery Channel" and suggest this as an idea for a program. I would like to a see twenty min. to half hour show dedicated to the construction of a resonator. Then they do a show on Carter Pedal Steel. Well, I can dream.
I did take my RD45 to Paul Beard several years ago. He put a Quarterman cone, new spider and maple/ebony bridge for me. Since then he moved to a larger place. I would like to visit the factory also.

Seriously, I saw a "How It's Made" show featuring building pedal steels from the Mullen (Shop). I'm sure you folks could make for an interesting episode. (I saw the Stacey Phillips youtube)

Howard, I understand this would be time consuming and disruptive to your operation, but I think Beard Guitars would be compensated for the time and trouble.
