Chad, I am brand new to this forum, but I happen to have both an autocad drawing of a metal tricone and a long print out from the Musical Instrument Makers Forum on building one. The autocad drawing has some critical measurements, but it doe not include the neck. Working back from the bridge location it seems to be an 11-1/2 fretter, the scale length is called out as 29.4.
I am currently in the process of getting ready to build a wood bodied tricone (I currently own a 1932 type 27 and a 1980 Duolian, but I've always wanted a tricone).
Shoot me an email with your addy and I'll send you a copy.
