You're welcome. I dont think there is a better capo made than that one. It ought to work really well with that Large Body Mastereso. Phil

Not sure if I've mentioned it here before, but we do stock the Bradley capos from time to time. I just had a few come in the other day, and I still have a couple left. Let me know if you need one, or you can just order direct from our website by clicking on the "store" tab.

Does this capo work on various string height guitars? I ask because i recently looked at a capo that specified a range of string heights it would fit and directed to another model for other heights. Also, will it work on both square and round necks?

In addition to my square neck I have a round neck dobro with a nut extender and an old acoustic silvertone with a nut extender. These all have different string heights, but I would prefer a capo that works on all of them.

Tom, Steve Smith at RedLine may know or if not you can call Elmer Bradley at 812-432-3205 then you have it right from the "horses" mouth. Elmer is a gem.

Mike

PM me if it won't work for you.

I just received my new Bradley capo. I have used a Shubb and a Beard. I liked the Beard better, since it is easy to put on and light weight. Both changed the tone of the strings somewhat, especially when placed above "A". I have not tried any other capo mentioned on this site, so I can't speak to their characteristics. However, this Bradley is superb! No distortion at any fret. And it parks well on the headstock strings. This piece is well worth the money. And, to me, the weight , compared to the other two, is no problem to me. Buy one and you won't regret it. I have no connection with Bradley or any retailers. Just an ol' dobro twanger/thumper, poor boy lookin' for a home.

I stated earlier that my new Bradley capo will park on the headstock. After a day or two, it is tough to get the capo on a string on the headstock and sometimes it distorts the string it is clamped on. For those of you that have a Bradley, where do you keep it when not in use? I'm trying to find a system as opposed to putting it in my pocket every time. Thanks.

I have a small cell phone pouch that is made of some kind of elastic material with a velcro closure. I can keep my Bradley and a steel in there when I am not using them. It came from Staples. Just the right size and it works for me..

Since I use the capo fairly often, I am looking for a place to put it where I can get to it easily without having to access a pouch, bag or pocket. I've been experimenting. I placed a small vertical strip of velcro (1/2" X 1-1/2") on the side of the neck, up close to the guitar body, on the "belly side." I put the corresponding strip along the top of the bradley capo. When I'm not using it, I just press the capo up against the neck strip and it stays put, ready when I need it, as opposed to digging for it. This seems to work fine, until I find a better method. Thanks.

Hi, I`ve had the capo a few days now and I really like it! Played with the guys the other night,so it got a work out. My Dobro stayed in tune,it was easy to put on,the tone of my guityar was good, and yes,by far my best capo.I do have a few of them. One thing I did notice was the the capo moved on me a couple times.Maybe my playing style,I often have my fingers on the capo when not noteing. This keeps any bunceing noise coming from the capo.No big deal.Yes this is a very good capo and thanks for the pointer everyone! Darryl

If your capo is like mine, and I am sure it is, it has a lock position on the toggle. I lock it down and then push just a little further to lock. Never had it move on me after that.
