Only in NEW TOPIC dialog box, when I press Return, it goes to beginning of same line. I have to use mouse to click below the line to get cursor there so I can start typing a new line. Pressing Return after multiple lines entered takes me to beginning of top-most line.
I'm using Safari on a iMac with OSX 10.9.5

I have problems when going back to correct something if I try to correct a letter in the middle of a word, it usually puts it on the end of it, and I'm using I.E. 10. It's always done it.
