You can't get it on the Squareneck Journal on Facebook anyway. 

Rob put it up on his page and then had to remove it shortly thereafter.  I asked him  why he took it down, but he gave me a vague answer along the lines of someone had taken exception to it. 

Needle in a haystack, but your best bet would be in trying to track down a used copy of the TAB book for Skip, Hop & Wobble. by Stacy Phillips. 

Even with Stacy's passing, his website still appears to be operating. But this particular book has been out of print for years from Mel Bay and it is considered "permanent" when I did my research. And it hasn't been available on Stacy's site for years.  

Copyright law states that it is still in effect for 70 years after the death of the author, even though it's out of print.

I have a TEF version that I can send to anybody who's interested. The rhythm isn't accurate, but the tab is usable.

Okay, got it. I thought it was something that might be in common usage in the business and academic world like PDF but I was out-to-lunch for not being familiar with the term.  Now I don't feel so bad.
