I've noticed lately that when I'm finished with my visit to this forum and log out, my alias still remains on the list of members still logged in.
My alias still remains on the logged in list up to 5 minutes or more after logging out.
I thought once you log out you're officially out.

I think when you leave the site, you don't show up as being on line until you open the site again ?

Not so in my case.
For example...I monitored my activity entering and leaving this site yesterday and today and each time after leaving, my alias still appeared as being on site when I was signed out for up to 20 minutes or more.
Now, I'm not what you'd call a web site geek, but that seems to be a little odd to say the least.

Just for the record...I've been wrestling with this problem for quite sometime now and I don't want to give those forum members who noticed, the impression that I spend most of my time signed into this forum when its actually not so.
