Howdy, would anyone know where to find tabs for starlight waltz.
Mr. Graves does a great job on it.
Sounds simple to copy but my 78 year old brain can't seem to get it.
Thank you, bob black

Hello Joe, Josh Graves plays it on youtube.
I am not good enough yet to be able to pick it up without the tab
thank you, bob

Hi Bob,

Here are my links for learning Starlight Waltz.

Instructional Cassette Lesson from the man himself starts at 11:00.

youtube.com/watch?v=xzk9V9AE58...&index=15

I wish I had tab booklet that went with this series.

Video Lesson starts at 43:02.

Just remember you can slow it down to half speed on youtube.

A big thanks to Jason Skinner for making these available.

You can also buy the single tab .pdf and audio here.

musicians-workshop.com/dobro/jgbdsv3s.html

I have bought another single lesson from here before but the tab doesn't tell you what
the rhythm is.

On one of the Josh lessons here said that original piano piece was
written by Strauss. But it came out of piano book written by Charles S. Brainard.

Here is sheet music score.

I'd start with learning the chords first.

I hope this information helps with learning the song.

Cheers, Justin.

Hi JUSTIN, THANK YOU FOR THE INFO, BOB

Bob78 - Posted - 12/18/2019:  06:21:45

Juston, just heard the weather for Australia.
Hope you have air condition, bob

Hi Bob,
Yeah, I won't playing my Dobro outside in the sun.
Hopefully some of my info/Links will get you closer to learning
the song.
If not, there is plenty of other Josh Graves songs to learn from
these youtube videos.
Just about transcribed/worked out "Home Sweet Home"
From the Cassette Lessons. It's easier than the video lesson
because it's broken down phrase by phrase.

All Good, Justin.
