Wesley, I have a nice TAB of the song from Rob Ickes. It was published in a magazine article on Rob a bunch of years ago. That being the case, I don't want to post it in the TAB section here (copyright laws).
Send me a personal message and your email and I will get it to you. That goes for anyone else who wants it. I did this a few years back for several members.
Being Rob's version it's not exactly "simple" but it's reasonably doable for most players who have been at it for a few years or more. There are some parts that no one will ever get exactly - this is, after all, Rob Ickes.
For years at Blue Highway shows Rob would start this as a solo piece then the band would join in toward the end. Sort of like Jerry's solo portion in the middle of an AKUS concert but shorter. I think I've seen Rob perform the song nine or ten times over the years. They recorded it on Wondrous Love, my favorite bluegrass gospel album of all time.
Here is the studio recording. There are a number of videos on YouTube where you can watch Rob actually play it, but I like to start with this. Beautifully done.

Here's a nice version without all the embellishments. No tab though.
