Well, since no one else is replying, I'll try to get you started.
Sorry, but I just do do not do tabs. I do play something resembling that tune on Weissenborn though. It is fairly simple to pick up by ear, IMHO.
First off, it is played in open D tuning (DADF#AD low to high). The chords are largely I, IV,V (open, 5th fret, 7th fret). The exception is that neat partial barre on the second fret ( I think lower four strings are barred, highest two are open (can't remember exactly right now)). So those positions will set up your melody playing.
The basic riff starts on the lowest open D, then the open A string (5th string in open D, where highest string is 1), hammer on to a B, then next open D on to E and slide up to F#. Follow the chord changes. Rinse and repeat. Play an octave higher using the 4th, 2nd and 1st strings.
You might pick up more from watching some videos. So I'd recommend watching those from Seiji Kawamura.
