1. first extension error #80070057
2. second error is extension not recognized
3. the selected file has an extension not recognized by windows media player

Yes..I understand.
When you look at the file name, what is the extension? "xxx.mp4" where mp4 is the extension. That will clue me as to what app can open the file.
I had though (prob incorrectly) that the Zoom lessons were live and that subscribers were sent files after the sessions.
At any rate..I'd like to see the file names.

hen trying to open 12 bar blues & a few others I get this file.
this file has an extension that is not recognized by windows media player because the ext is not known by the player you should be sure the file comes from a trustworthy source.

Bob..
My last attempt. If you tell me what the extension is I might well be able to tell you how to open it.
If you can't/won't provide the info then "good luck".

Howard, I have went through everything I have already told you. The only thing missing is .docx.
I can't tell you anymore because that's all there is.
Maybe we had better just drop the whole thing and I will thank you for your trouble. bob

Here's a theory: the files are mp4, but when Bob downloads them, somehow the extension changes to something else that is not recognizable by the media player...I've had it happen to me.
If Bob can find the files on his hard drive and edit the filename so that the extension is mp4, he might be able to open them.
