Hi, I was hoping someone could help identify this instrument. I tried going to Beard website but it appears to be down. Thanks in advance!

I could use better detail front & back but it looks like a mahogany R.

Definitely some sort of an R model. There should be a serial number and info tag under the left screen. You can often see through it if you don't want to try popping it out. Their website is down, they are supposed to be redoing it. tempbeard.com/legacy-r/

The serial number will probably be on the neck block, inside of the guitar. It should be visible by prying a screen and looking back to where the neck attaches inside the body.

It is almost definitely an R (solid) Mahogany. Prior to the price jumps in recent years, for quite some time I thought of this model as the best bang for the buck in the product line. When the larger body E models were creeping toward $4K, Paul had this model for a number of years at $2700. Have never owned one myself, but I have played several, and a few guys semi local to me were owners.
