If you click on your avatar a page opens that lists your recent activity. I don’t know how far back it goes.

Since your posts are all archived at this time, I did a search using your screen name and it came up blank - which you surely have already done.
The next move would be to type the subject matter you're trying to locate in the search function and perhaps your topic and post will come up, but I would get pretty specific or there might be too many posts to sift through to find yours.
