Do you guys know why I can't access the Beginning Dobro media I purchased? I "think" I sent a ticket to them but I have no idea. The website is kind of strange.

Well first of all, there have been a number of publications and videos over the years with "Beginning Dobro" as the title, or part of the title. So more information is needed.
Who is the author, and from which company did you purchase the material?

Are you talking about lessons through the Purple Player platform (resohangout.com/lessons/catalog/)? If so, yeah, just contact their support if you have any issues. Everything seems to be working great on my end in my test account!
