Welcome to the hangout.
You're going find that the vast majority of members here mainly, or even exclusively play lap style with a bar.
There are some members who play bottleneck slide style, and also fret their guitars "upright" or Spanish style.
So are you looking for Spanish style tab as Duane Allman played on the original?
Or are you looking for lap style as played by Jerry Douglas?

Thank you very much. I play Dobro, square neck, and of course I play with a sliding bar. The tab version I would like to find is the one played by Jerry Douglas or something similar. Thank you very much!!

Here is an article that was published in Acoustic Guitar Magazine in 2009 with Little Martha tab in Open D. This is for "upright" Spanish style rather than lap style, but it is very similar. Duane played it in Open E so you can obviously capo at the 2nd fret for it to be in the Key of E.
On the Jerry Douglas version he recorded 20 or so years ago on Lookout for Hope he layered two dobros, one in D and the other in Open G. There is even some subtle lap steel in the background as I recall. When he plays it live he is in Open D. When I first started playing it I referred to this tab and was able to get pretty close.
