I was looking at the coverplates on Beard's website only to find out you can't buy one. Does anyone know somewhere else these are available? I hadn't decided on one in particular. Thanks, David

Beard Coverplates There are other, model specific and custom plates but, they must be sold attached to a Beard guitar.

Try Stewart McDonald, Banjo Ben Clark's store for the common ones or Karel Zacal for the unique ones.

Well it looks like the only coverplate currently available @ Resophonic Outfitters is the imported job with the removable palm rest. If I were interested in one of the unique coverplates I would contact Denny at Beard to see if he can give you an idea when they will again be available.
I think the use of the term "Sold Out" is confusing - it makes it sound like you're out of luck and you will never see them again. Like when you miss the boat on getting tickets for a concert and they are "sold out."
A more appropriate term IMO is "Out of Stock." I've run across items for example on the Asher Guitars site where they use the same lingo - sold out - and then down the line an item will be back "In Stock" - which happens to be the same term Resophonic Outfitters uses when an item is available again.

FWIW, Gabby is the parts person and can advise on availability. The ever-so-popular Denny focuses on guitars. 301-733-8271

Good point Howard. I have dealt with Gabby at different times in the past several years in ordering parts and accessories.
