I will be changing out cone spider to add a Fishman Nashville to soon to arrive GT-PBS. anyone do this and any tips? I did it on my F60, but just wondering if there are any issues in the body?

It has the open soundwell construction, I am guessing they use posts to support the cone? Is there a baffle between upper and lower bouts?

Open soundwell not open body. The soundwell supports the cone and there is access to space on the tail block, below the strap button or strap lock for jack installation.

The PBS internals are pretty much the same as the guitar used in THIS VIDEO! You can see the "open" portion, between upper/lower bouts at 20:16 or so.

Thank you Howard, the same as in my F60. It was the term I was unfamiliar with.

and DONE! Anyone considering doing this on their own, take a deep breath, you are drilling into an unscarred finish. But, if you are considering doing it, you likely have done death defying drilling before. If it is your first time, follow the directions and be sure of placement. Mask the area, mark it, check your measurement again. I know this because I have done it before. With the open soundwell, you will likely have a circle cut out inside the well. The jack will likely extend past the hole, so you need clearance First time I did this I was just a little off, so had to carve out a little on the bottom of the hole.
With the Nashville you need to feed the cable at the perimeter of the cutout for the cone. It will hide under the coverplate. But there you go again, drilling into your baby. Last hole though. Next solder both signal wires to the center connector on the jack, don't forget to thread the screw on cover over the cable before soldering. Then both shields get soldered to the outer connector.
next, feed the connector into the hole you drilled perfectly. The brief instructions from Fishman cover all that pretty well, just thought I would share a couple of the caveats.
It would be nice if Fishman would supply a couple more inches of cable, it is fairly tight doing the soldering inside the well.
