I have looked all over the Krivo website and nowhere could I find the physical dimensions of the reso pickup. I have three inches between the sound rings on my Beard Jerry Douglas special but would like to confirm the size before I decide to move forward or not. I think that I read somewhere that they had trimmed the size down but do not know for sure.

Krivo pickup in 3 1/4 long and 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch deep.
Now... measure the distance between your two sound holes in your reso to see if it will fit.
Otherwise you can shim up the bottom of your Krivo to fit on the guitar.

Here’s the Krivo on my Beard MA-6 (before I sold the pickup), as well as the dimensions.
It did fit on my Beard, as you see, but little to no margin for error due to sound hole rings.
To confirm, you can always call Beard to see if 1) same dimensions of Beard JD v vs. Beard MA-6, and/or 2) whether they successfully install Krivo pickups on your specific model. Or give Krivo a call and measure for clearance as Tom states.
Mine was less than a year old, not sure if it was trimmed back since then.

Mine is mounted on my D60, looks very much like JC Dobro's picture. The small amount of adhesive that you use to mount the pickup will provide clearance for the screen holes.

Thanks for the info. My measurement from ring to ring is 3 inches exactly. The adhesive may lift it up high enough to mount safely. Still debating whether I need it or just want it!
