Curious if anyone can identify the Recording King model in this Reverb listing. It's got a lighter brown stain with a satin finish, 3-on-plate tuning machines, and a factory installed pickup of some kind. None of those characteristics match any model they currently make.

Looks alot like a Maxwell model but clearly not the same. One of the screens is either pushed in or put in reversed probably pushed in. Interesting though with a p/up I can't see it being a factory installed maybe someone bought it used and thought it was an original pup... I'd ask alot of questions of the seller. But it's returnable ...

They made that model before the Maxwell model was introduced, but not for very long. They were like the Maxwell, basically the same guitar as the more expensive RR-60-VS, but they used less expensive wood and finish.
