Just so you don't think you're being ignored here, though I recall hearing it in the past I wasn't very familiar with Angel's Waltz so I did some googling and found a video of the late great Bobby Hicks who passed away just last August playing it.
I've never seen dobro tab for this tune - a lot of the songs I've learned on dobro aren't bluegrass or even country, so I have relied on chord charts to get the changes in my head as a foundation to build on while I'm working out the melody.. Angel's Waltz being an instrumental fiddle tune isn't a song you'd come across on the typical chord/lyrics chart website. For example, when I played in church bands over the years we'd have "acoustic Sundays" and I would be on the reso, I would find dobro tabs occasionally for some of the old gospel songs and hymns - but never for the Contemporary Christian songs so I'd always have to figure those out on my own.
