I was thinking about taking my first shot at building a Reso when I finish getting my shop put back together. I would like to build a modern/baffle design. Was wondering if there is information to get started with? I could not find much on the internet. Any guidance or help would be appreciated.

I just finished building my first dobro. Paul Beard's setup video is nice, Martin's guitar building video is full of info and general common sense. Lots of suppliers have helpful hints and tips. Stewart Macdonald, Luthiers Mercantile, Janet Davis, and my latest find Grizzly. The big commercial machines that every woodworker lusts after. Their big catalog not only has $15,000 planers but a fair amount of guitar woods, parts, tools, finishes etc at very reasonable prices. Turns out the president is an aspiring luthier. Great prices.
Use quality parts.
