We all know how Bose is always coming up with sound ideas. Since resonator guitars are basically a speaker cabinet, I wonder what the Bose engineers would come up with if they had a go at it.

It would probably sound boomy on the low end and unnervingly tinny on the high end.
And it would be advertised as the greatest thing since sliced bread, and come in a variety of high gloss piano finishes.
And it would make a great conversation piece for wannabes.
And everyone in their right mind would hate to play it.
