I picked this reso up last saturday and have been very excited about it ever since. I think I did make the mistake of switching to ej42's while the guitar comes equipped with the ghs strings and those have a 28 G as opposed to the 26 in the ej42's. So because of this I have some slight annoying buzz, but I don't think it's anything the proper string guage wont fix. Aside from that, I LOVE the way this things, I played it side by side next to my buddies regal black lightning and it definitely blew that thing away. Volume, bass response and tone were just far superior. The inside looks great, very neat and tidy, cool baffle. She stays in tune and doesn't get drowned out by my banjo pickers baldwin Ode C, so overall I'm happy with my purchase. But now I have to drop $170 to get the fishman nashville pickup, then hope I find a good luthier who can install it properly.
