I got my PBSM guitar from Janet Davis today. Couple of questions...
One of the small metal circles was detached when i got it... is that a big problem?? it fits back in fine, but comes out pretty easy. Any suggestions?
Also, it was shipped, and i think i remember reading something of letting it adjust to the climate for a day or so before tuning and playing. Is that accurate?
Thanks,
Bob

I assume the small metal circle is the sound screen. These can be taken out, so just push it back and it should be OK. I would tune it up and enjoy it now. If it were cold when it is brought in the house, It is a good idea to let it set in the case till it warms up so the finish won't crack. If mine has been in the trunk of the car awhile, I do this (winter time).

Bob, if the ring is a little too loose in the hole and doesn't tighten up after it adjusts to the climate you might try wrapping a little masking tape around the base to make it snug in better.
