Hi, I have a roundneck tricone and a roundneck single cone resonator as well. When I capo them, the action
becomes too low to play slide cleanly. Does one get used to the low action (practice more!), or is there some contraption
one can use to raise it? I do not wish to raise the action too much, as I won't be playing lap style.
Thanks!

I have never heard of any device to temporarily raise the action at the bridge saddle, although I guess it could exist. Check to make sure your neck is adjusted correctly, with just a bit of relief. A bowed neck will buzz closest to the bridge usually, while a humped (or back-bowed) neck, will usually buzz in the portion closest to your nut, or capo. Slide players must expect to have higher action to some extent. This can vary a great deal with the individual player. I have one customer who successfully plays slide with lower action than anyone else I have ever seen, but his touch, with both hands, is light and silky smooth. Another variable that affects this situation is string gauge, with heavier strings buzzing less than lighter ones.
