Anyone try using a Seymour Duncan Woody soundhole pick-up (SC no adjustable poles? I tried one and could not get sufficient gain, I think the poles are too far away from the strings.

Any suggestions for a removable soundhole pick-up would be appreciated

x says: 2/27/2016 1:14:01 PM I've had both the SC and the humbucker and tried them on the weissenborn. Neither one was useful for me. I use a Fishman Neo-D 2 (with shims under the clamps to get it closer to the strings) installed in my main weissenborn. Not the best solution but inexpensive and flexible. Sounds pretty good!
	guitarsnrotts says: 2/27/2016 3:43:36 PM I've used the woody on my regular steel strings and liked the sound but couldn't get any volume from the Weissenborn. Currently using a Fishman Pro-Neo-D01. Does the job for me.
