For all the Weissenborn guitar enthusiasts, this is a must have book:"From Harp Guitars to the New Hawaiian Family", by Noe and Most. It gives a history of Chris Knutsen and his development of harp guitars and the hollowneck guitar, and his influence on Hermann Weissenborn. The book is full of color photos of the various examples of guitars, patent drawings, etc. It is available though the HarpGuitar.net website for about $30 for a shelf worn copy or $40 for a new copy plus shipping. A few examples are for sale on Amazon, but the sellers are asking anywhere from $100 to over $200 ( I guess they don't realize the book is still in print).

	jimbob says: 10/28/2011 5:59:59 AM My new book arrived from Elderly in Lansing MI. Yippee!! Ordered Oct. 6th. That's 22 days for 259 miles. Canada Post came through again. It was promised in 2-6 weeks. Happiness is new guitar books. Thank you Jack for alerting me earlier.
