I am not sure if there is interest here, but I have posted a new-in-the-box Superior Weissenborn in the classifieds. This is not the Superior I have had for a year or so now, instead it is a new one I just got from BIE.

This Superior is a great example at how well these instruments can be constructed and finished. It has a nice matte finish and large rope binding with some uniquely figured Spruce and rosewood (top and back).

I have only done about 10 minutes of picking on it to see how it compares to my my other weissies. I love the spruce top on these guitars as I have noticed that it is louder and brighter than my koa weissie.

I have a long shot hope that someone has a square-neck resonator that they want to trade for a weissenborn style guitar. I was planning on buying a square-neck resonator this year, but got tempted by another Weissie and ended up buying it instead. So now, the stable is full of weissies, but I am still missing a reso. So this one has been put out for sacrifice.

I am also open to selling the guitar out right if someone wants to do that.

	CaseyHunter says: 3/19/2013 6:37:58 AM Thanks Liz. I have actually just finished uploading some additional close ups in the classified ad. It sure is a unique guitar as far as looks go. I would love to hear it as it breaks in, it is going to be a great guitar for someone.
