New Facebook Weissenborn page

From Aron on 3/19/2013 1:48:23 PM

Just thought I'd drop everyone a line about my Weissenborn based Facebook page called "The Weissenborn Information Exchange".  This page is aimed at people you play, listen and want to know more about Weissenborn guitars. From recommendations about players, YouTube videos, photos, news and trivia every post on this page will be related to Weissenborn guitars, that's a promise! When I first started playing the weissenborn I searched the four corners of the Internet for as mush information on this wonderfull instrument as I could. Well the point of this page is to highlight the best and most interesting of what I found and to update on all the new things I find thereafter. It's like a one stop weissenborn fanzine that you can dip into whenever you have the time. Please visit and let me know of anything you feel our fellow weissenborn enthusiasts should know about.  It's early days yet but I hope to bring you a few words direct from John Wilde on his new forth coming  weissenborn based instrumental album. Im also in talks with Thomas Oliver about giving the "TWIE" page the low down on his up coming weissenborn based album.  Thanks for reading this and if you want to check out my page just type "The Weissenborn Information Exchange" into the search box at the top of your Facebook home page and press the "like" button, you will then receive all updates and additions to the page direct to your news feed.

Many thanks bahilton. I appreciate many things on the page will be familiar to a lot of weissenborn fans already but I hope as time goes by the mix of familiar and new will balance out as the page is aimed at new comers and old hands alike :-)

OMG - It's full of beautiful Weissenborns. My first thought when I saw it: Weissenporn! Can I say that? Wait, I'm the moderator, I'm supposed to know whether or not I can say that here.... Beautiful guitars.
