Just a note to any of you Weiss players. I have been using my tribotone tone bar from my pedal steel with my Weiss and am amazed at how much it reduces the string noise. I knew this from my Pedal and Lap steel but was blown away when recording how quiet it is.
They are a little hard to come by these days as the person who makes them appears to have other interest, but if you can find one, try it you will like it.
