Born a musician, when I was a little kid I would run around the back yard banging out rythms and melody's on trees and stumps in the mountains of North Carolina. From a family of some really good Gospel and Bluegrass pickers as well as Rock n Rollers, encouragement was never lacking. Started playing the drums proper at the age of 10 and studied it pretty seriously thru high school and into college. Then got really interested in the ART OF funk BASS guitar. Played with several regional touring bands, metal band, rock band, cover band, reagee band, funk band, blue grass band. Been taking a break here lately and picked up a lap steel and then a Resonator and now im in the throws of a serious STEEL addiction!
