Owner/luthier of Short Mountain Guitars, Started building in 1995 . worked for Crafters of Tenn, till 2002 building Tut Taylor Reso's, Tennessee Guitars, and Banjo's, Started my own co. in 1997 building my own line of handmade custom instruments, Flat Tops, Reso's& Banjo's along the way. Have built instruments for Dolly Parton, John Fogerty, Terri Clark,Roy Rogers,Dale Evans, Norman Blake. I have built Custom guitars for Counrty legends John Anderson and Aaron Tippin, Iwas also givin the honor to repair Jim Ed Browns and Jimmie C. Newmans custom Guitars after the floods in Nashville which led to being chosen to repair The Roy Acuff Museum intruments that were also damaged here in Nashville.
