I have started attending jams. And, I'm fairly new to the Dobro. My strum and chop get boring after a while and I will sometimes just use a G, C, D roll to make it interesting.
Question #1: Is this bad form in a jam? Should I not do roles unless I'm taking a break?
Questions #2. What do others do at a jam to keep rhythm interesting?
