Slide Bar for a friend with a hand that was handicaped by a stroke

I'm trying to find a slide bar for a friend thats left hand has been limited by a stroke. I can remember that someone had a bar design for a simular condition back a few years ago, if someone knows of someone making such a bar, please let me know how to contact this person for my friend .
