Finger picks

I have big arthritic knuckles and can't find finger picks that totally wrap around and are comfortable.  The best I have are Propik Reso L's but they do not totally wrap

around.  Have tried Fred Kelly large, Alaska extra large, Chroma Cast and John Pears high riders (too loose).

Can anyone offer any comments or suggestions?
