I wonder what would be my best brand to consider for $1,500 or less I like both the wood and metal dobros. Lokind at maybe a Redline Rambler, possibly a Mule,or maybe a Republic if I go with a metal body; as much as I admire the heavy weights , I want my on sound not trying to be JerryDouglass, PhilLedbetter, Mike Wetcher, AndyHall, Josh Graves, RandyKoors, or Jim Hefferman, just want a good sound for both blues, country, and bluegrass. I need enough volume to sound good unplugged in acoffee house and I am somewhat hard of hearing so it neeeds to have some drive.
