Been playing guitar since I was big enough to hold one. Bought a banjo after seeing Steve Martin in concert in 1979. Bought a fiddle in 1984, then shortly thereafter a mandolin. Got my first roundneck dobro for Xmas a few years ago, but when I retired to TN, decided to learn squareneck. Started with a ? Dobro brand, but have recently moved up to a Redline Resophonic.
We have BG jams around here on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursday thru Saturday if you don't mind a short drive.
