The resonator guitar is very new to me, but I'm comfortable with a banjo. I play the old clawhammer style.

That`s a georgeous instrument! I`m a builder and primarily a banjo player. I built a resonator guitar that I thought I had sold . Well! It wasn`t ! I put it on line with a friend who sells custom guitars. It stayed on there for a couple of months and I finally went and got it and decided I`d learn to play it. That was about three years ago and I seldom pick up anything else any more. Love it! D
