Sound

Has a real good sound, clear and loud.
It has a more bass sound than say a maple or the deluxe model.
Easy to note and slant.

Sound Rating: 9

Setup

Setup was good from dealer.
I would take it to Beard and have them set it up.

Setup Rating: 9

Appearance

It is a beautiful looking guitar. Fit and finish are good.

Appearance Rating: 9

Reliability

The chrome and turners are real good considering the import.
I really don't see any problems and I have played it a lot and very hard.

Reliability Rating: 9

Customer Service

Applachian Bluegrass is great to deal with, Emory is top notch.
Beard's shop is outstanding.

Overall Comments

This instrument is definetly worth the money. Probably the most bang for your buck.
I would like to have a little more volume out of guitar, but possibly it would be better with a genuine Beard Setup.

Overall Rating: 9
