I have tried quite a few capos over the years from a Walworth to a Scheerhorn, a Bradley and now Charlies Sliding Capo. The Charlies is by far the easiest to use and the sound is like not even using the capo. Easy on and easy off, great sound so this is a winner for me. I like that I can easily switch the Hoipshot Doubleshot with the capo on and it sounds great in either D or G tuning. This is a winner for me.

What a great capo this is. I have a Walworth that worked okay on my Wechter Scheerhorn but did not like my Reed at all. I finally broke down and bought the Scheerhorn and it works great. No more dead sounding strings. All six ring like bells, it is so close to no capo at all that it is amazing. I would definitely buy it again should I ever need to.

Just got this new bar in today and I am really liking it compared to the Lap Dawg I have been using. I like the weight better as well as the nose shape. Not a bad choice for an inexpensive bar.

What a great piece of gear this is. Soft, supple and comfortable. It feels like an old pair of slippers when you slide them on. I could not be happier with my choice. I started with the 2 inch strap on my W-S and loved it. When I got my Reed I ordered the 3 inch and like it even better. Old shoulders with arthritis appreciate these straps!
