My experiment with the a D tuning on a Fairchild Quilted Maple Dobro and my first try at singing this as well. I am going to try to teach myself more tunes using this tuning. Friends Dennis and Jack play in this tuning and I never considered it before now. Quite different from open G.

Hey guys....thanks for the nice compliments......I used to be able to sing.....but the jury is out at 74 years young.....
I'll keep on "trying" and working at singing and playing......my wife Jan and I now have one great grandchild....and I want to keep on singing and play guitar and Dobro for her.
